Congratulations Duke and Duchess of Cambridge as Royal Baby #3 is on board!
It's a flow of Joy and Celebration in the Kensington Palace of London, England, as the Duke Prince William and Duchess of Cambridge Ms. Kate, have just announced that the Royal Baby #3 is on board.
In a statement, the palace said that Ms. Kate "the duchess" was suffering from severe morning sickness as she did with her previous pregnancies and so the public engagement has later been canceled.
