Dubai June 5 (IANS/WAM) Dubai s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the launch of a six-month training programme Empowerment with RTA to help Emirati graduates seeking jobs.
The programme reflects RTA s keenness to support the UAE President s ‘Year of Giving initiative said Yousef Al Rida Chief Executive Officer of RTA s Corporate Administrative Support Services Sector.
Since the launch of the initiative last April 20 graduates have joined the course and the inductees receive a nominal monthly salary.
It will offer training to familiarise graduates with the work environment with a focus on innovation and strategic thinking. Trainees will learn about research interview skills job application work ethics and time management Al Rida said.
