Bhubaneswar April 12 (IANS) The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) on Thursday seized ganja valued at Rs 1.8 crore here.
The 1 200 kg of cannabis was being smuggled from Ichapuram area of Andhra Pradesh to Patna via Bhubaneswar said a DRI official.
Acting on a tip DRI officials intercepted a truck which had a secret cellar behind the driver s seat where the consignment was hidden. The driver and helper have been apprehended said the official.
