Ingredients:

• 2 - Cucumbers, peeled and chopped
• 1 - Onion, sliced
• 2 - Tomatoes, sliced

Dressing:

•  1/3 cup - Low-fat sour cream
• 2 tsp - White vinegar
• ¼ tsp - Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp -Milk
• 1 tsp - Sugar
• 2 tsp - Parsley,chopped
• 2 tbsp - Fresh dill (soya) ,chopped
• Salt and pepper

  Method:

• In a bowl mix all ingredients together and mix well.
• Season with salt and pepper and toss well.
• Serve and enjoy!!
