Parrikar was speaking at the Knowledge Exchange Goa Summit organised by Elets technomedia here.
"We will be in top three (in the country) " Parrikar said adding that the coastal state had already crossed 55 per cent of the various ranking parameters meant to measure ease of doing business .
"Today when I was taking a review (I found that) we have already crossed 55 per cent in various parameters of ease of doing business " Parrikar said.
Parrikar had formed a special committee earlier this year after the state s ranking fell to 21 among Indian states to identify issues and spruce up efforts for facilitating mechanisms to encourage ease of doing business .
