Manali April 29 (IANS) Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur on Sunday laid the foundation stone of a modern interstate bus stand here to be constructed under the public-private partnership mode.
Thakur directed the authorities to complete all the formalities regarding the project at the earliest so that the work can begun soon.
Earlier he laid the foundation stone for the construction of a road from National Highway-21 to Bran village under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana. Four area panchayats will benefit from the road costing Rs 3.2 crore.
He also laid the foundation stone of a nature park here which will cost Rs 3 crore.
