Holi Festival gives message of love: CM Chouhan

Chief Minsiter Participates in Holi Milan Samaroh 

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that the festival of Holi gives a message of love. It eliminates discrimination by uniting each other. Holi enhances love and decreases pain. Chouhan was addressing the Holi Milan Samaroh organized by the Bhopal Mela Utsav Samiti at a private hotel today. Chouhan presented mementoes to the social activists honoured by the samiti. Various gurus, social activists and eminent citizens of the city were present on the occasion.

CM Chouhan mentioned that the festival of colours Holi, brings enthusiasm, joy, love and amusement. Tradition to give respect to all religions and thoughts is thousand years old in the country. World has been considered as one family in Indian culture, which is based on harmony among each other. Remembering the renowned social activist late Ramesh Chandra Agrawal, he said that he has given Bhopal Utsav to Bhopal in the form of gift, which has become an identity of the city. He urged the elite members of the society to come forward to give right direction to the society. He also sang song in the programme.

President of the Committee Manmohan Agrawal informed that 10 thousand industrialists are affiliated with the samiti. The samiti will hold this kind of utsav continuously. Surendra Bihari Goswami while giving introduction of the utsav samiti, said that samiti besides conducting business also renders social service with utmost seriousness.
