Kuttu Paneer Kachori - Regular/Low Calorie - Navratri Special

Ingredients:
250gm - Kuttu Flour
200gm – Paneer, mashed
1/2 cup - roasted peanuts, crushed
½ tsp – Black Pepper
2 tsp – Green Chilli, Chopped
Rock Salt - to taste
Oil/Ghee
Coriander Leaves

  Method:

Take Kuttu flour in a bowl, add 2 tsp warm oil, rocksalt and knead it.
Make smooth dough and keep aside for 10 minutes.
In another bowl add mashed paneer, black pepper, green chilli, roasted peanuts ,coriander leaves , salt and mix well.
Now make small balls of the dough. Take one ball, press it with your hands and make a dent into it.
Fill it with required amount of paneer filler and fold from the edges.
Press it with the help of palm and give it a shape of kachoris.
Repeat the step with rest of the balls.
In a thick bottom wok, heat oil and fry kachoris until crisp and golden brown colour.
Drain them on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
Serve hot with curd.

Note: For health conscious people, If you don’t want to deep fry the kachori’s then baked it by following the below mention procedure:

Preheat oven to 180° C. Grease a baking tray, place the kachoris in it, brush them with oil/ghee
Bake in the preheated oven at 200° C for about 15-20 minutes or till the kachoris are cooked and golden.
