Stuttgart (Germany) June 16 (IANS) Spaniard Feliciano Lopez advanced to the Stuttgart Open tennis semi-finals on Friday after beating his World No.14 Czech opponent Tomas Berdych in the quarter-finals here.
In a duel that lasted just over two hours Lopez World No.33 defeated Berdych 6-7(4) 6-3 6-4 reports Efe.
The Spaniard is set to play next against the winner of the match between Germans Tommy Haas and sixth-seeded Mischa Zverev.
