Bhopal 01 September 2021 Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that Madhya Pradesh has huge potential for investment in the textile sector. Work is being done to make the state a textile hub, which will provide employment opportunities to a large number of people.

The Chairman of Sagar Group, Sudhir Kumar Agrawal, met Chief Minister Chouhan at Mantralaya today and discussed about investment in the state. Agrawal informed that in the field of textiles, an investment of Rs 1000 crore has been made by Sagar Group in the state, in which about 4000 people have got direct employment. Sagar Group is also soon coming up with a Multi Specialty Hospital on Hoshangabad Road in Bhopal, which will provide employment to about 1000 people. The group is working in the textile sector, food processing sector, real estate and education sector in the state.
