Mumbai Jan 24 (IANS) Non-banking finance company Mahindra Finance on Wednesday said its standalone profit after tax stood at Rs 342 crore during the third quarter (Q3) ended December 31 2017 as against a loss of Rs 16 crore during the same period of last fiscal.
According to the company its total income rose by 23 per cent to Rs 1 846 crore during Q3 2017-18 from Rs 1 503 crore reported in Q3 2016-17.
"The total assets under management (AUM) was Rs 51 782 crore as on December 31 2017 as against Rs 45 711 crore on December 31 2016 -- a growth of 13 per cent " the company said in a statement.
On Wednesday the shares of the company closed lower by 3.46 per cent at Rs 490.30 per share on the BSE.
