New Delhi, Oct 29 (IANS) Registrar of Companies' (RoC) Regional office in Mumai has recommended action by Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) against DHFL in its report submitted to Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

Sources said on Tuesday that there is good enough evidence against DHFL on financial irregularities.

MCA is currently going through the report and will very soon refer it to SFIO, an official source said.
