New Delhi Nov 3 (IANS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday met Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and discussed ways to boost bilateral ties.
"Reinvigorating age-old ties. PM @narendramodi meets President Serzh Sargsyan of Armenia discusses ways to intensify cooperation " External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Raveesh Kumar tweeted.
Earlier on Friday Sargsyan attended the World Food India event that Modi inaugurated.
The Armenian President arrived here on Thursday on a three-day visit to India.
India established with Armenia in 1992 following the breakup of the Soviet Union.
