Actress Sridevi was initially signed for the character role which later went to Madhuri DixitNow, the shooting has been completed. Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan shall be seen on screen once again. Fans shall also be eager to see Madhuri Dixit Nene share the screen with Sanjay Dutt. The movie is an epic drama set in the 1940s. .
