Bengaluru Jan 10 (IANS) Infosys co-founder N.R.Narayana Murthy on Wednesday declined to comment on his son-in-law Rishi Sunak joining the British cabinet on Tuesday.
"I would not like to comment on a foreign appointment " Murthy told IANS on the margins of an event here.
Sunak 37 a Conservative Party MP from Richmond was inducted into Prime Minister Theresa May s government following a cabinet reshuffle on Tuesday and appointed Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Housing Communities and Local Government.
Sunak married Murthy s daughter Akshata Murthy in 2009.
