Ingredient:
1 oz. maple syrup
Dash of orange bitters
3-4 cocktail cherries
4 oz. bourbon
Dash club soda

Method:
Gently muddle cherries with bitters and maple syrup in a cocktail glass.

Add ice and bourbon and stir together.

Top with a small splash of club soda.
