Ingredients:

• 2 cup - Flour
• 1 tsp - Vanilla essence
• 2 - Eggs
• 2 cups - Sugar
• 1 tsp - Baking soda
• 1 cup - Crushed pineapple
• 1 cups - Nuts

    Method: 

• In a bowl mix flour , eggs, vanilla essence, sugar , baking soda, crushed pineapple, nuts and mix well.
• Pour into cake pan. Bake at 180° C for 35-40 minutes.
• Remove from heat and let it to cool.
• Serve and enjoy!!
