Ingredient:
Small handful of redcurrants
½ measure sloe gin
Ice cubes
2 measures Bacardi rum
½ measures lemon juice
½ measure vanilla syrup
Redcurrant string, to decorate
Method:
Muddle the redcurrants and sloe gin in a cocktail shaker. Add the ice cubes with the remaining ingredients and shake well. Double strain into a chilled Martini glass. Decorate with a redcurrant string.
