Mumbai June 30 (IANS) Reliance Capital on Friday said that Madhusudan Kela will be moving into a part-time advisory role from July 1 2017.
According to the company Kela intends to devote a significant portion of his time on spiritual and philanthropic pursuits with the renowned spiritual leader Sadhguru and the Isha Foundation.
Considering his deep and valuable contribution Kela is being appointed in a non-executive capacity to the Board of Directors of Reliance Securities Ltd. to provide broad guidance on equity markets to the broking and distribution business of the company the company said in a letter to stock exchanges.
Commenting on his association Kela said: Reliance Group is my family and my home and this association will last forever.
I have no words to adequately express my gratitude to our respected Chairman Anil D. Ambani who has been my role model for his indomitable will power determination and self-discipline and who has transformed my life professionally and personally over the past 15 years to heights that neither my family nor I could have even imagined when I joined the Group.
