Russian Spring Punch
Ingredient:
Ice cubes
½ measure crème de cassis
1 measure fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar syrup
Chilled champagne, to top up
2 measures Absolut vodka
Lemon slice, to decorate
Method:
Fill a sling glass with ice cubes. Pour over the crème de cassis, lemon juice, and sugar syrup. Add the champagne and vodka at the same time and stir. Decorate with a lemon slice and berries.
