New Delhi April 19 (IANS) The Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed a plea for a Special Investigation Team probe into the alleged mysterious death of special CBI Judge B.H. Loya.
Loya allegedly died of a cardiac arrest while in Nagpur in Maharashtra on December 1 2014 when he was attending a wedding there.
