The Mumbai Police on Tuesday gave him clean chit, saying that no cognisable offence was made out against Khan after investigation in this case. A petition had been filed by an activist with regard to the incident, seeking action against the movie star for abusing security personnel within the stadium after an IPL match. Where Shah Rukh had totally different version of the incident saying that the security guard Vikas Dalvi has asked him nad his childrens to leave the stadium after post match he got angry when someone spoke to him in indecent language.
