Srinagar Oct 8 (IANS) A soldier shot himself dead with his service rifle on Sunday in Jammu and Kashmir s Anantnag district police said.
The soldier who killed himself in Pahalgam area has been identified as Narendra R of Karnataka police said.
"An FIR has been registered in the incident " a police officer said.
