Bhopal 07 October 2021: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the system of various services being provided to the citizens in the state will be further strengthened. Under this, the public service centers will be expanded from the tehsil to the gram panchayat level. In the coming one year, Sub Public Service Centres will be established in Gram Panchayats having population of more than five thousand. Services will be made available to the citizens at their doorsteps. Copy of Khasra will be provided to the citizens at only Rs 10 per page. The facility of sending this service to the registered WhatsApp number on 181 Janseva will also be started.
Chief Minister Chouhan was addressing at Minto Hall meeting hall today on the concluding day of Jan Kalyan and Suraj Abhiyan which started from September 17. On this occasion, Chief Minister Chouhan started seven new portals and eight public service centres with a single click. New portals of General Administration, Urban Development, Planning and Statistics, Home and Energy Departments were started. These portals will increase the public facilities available to the citizens and their work will be easier. Now e-FIR can be possible on the portal of Home Department.
E-rupee system will be applicable in the form of e-voucher
Chief Minister Chouhan said that the system of "e-Rupee" would be implemented in the form of e-voucher in the state. Under Ayushman Bharat, cash benefit can be transferred directly to the beneficiaries for specific purpose through "e-Rupee" for payment of treatment amount of patients and scholarships. Chief Minister Chouhan said that whether all the beneficiaries are getting the benefits of beneficiary-oriented schemes, it would be ensured by running a campaign in the state from November 15 to January 15, 2022.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has completed 20 successful years by working continuously as the Chief Minister of Gujarat and Prime Minister of the country. Some specific civic services like fitness of vehicles, renewal of driving license, vehicle registration, certified copy of documents, mobile toilet, septic tank, sewage cleaning and water tank services will also be provided through private service providers.
Online bill payment system will be implemented in all departments for timely payment of bills.
For all the beneficiary oriented schemes, the entire process from application to benefit distribution or contribution will be made online, so that the beneficiary identification in the scheme and transparency in benefit delivery can be further improved.
The Higher Education Department will make arrangements to make the services available to the students such as counselling, admission, scholarship etc. completely online in a year.
Civic services will be provided to the citizens by receiving applications for services such as income, residence certificate, Khasra/Land Records, scholarship, pension etc. on social media platforms such as WhatsApp/Telegram/Koo App through chatbot without citizens having to visit the government office by providing the service online on the app itself.
In all government recruitments, appointment and joining will be given only on the basis of affidavit, simplifying the current prevailing process regarding character verification of selected candidates.
Appointment orders will be issued by creating additional new posts (non-numeric posts) for the beneficiaries eligible for appointment under the Chief Minister's Covid Compassionate Appointment Scheme, for whom vacancies are not available in the departments.
Revenue record correction fortnight will be celebrated in the state from November 01 to 15.
In the month of November, a two-day workshop of officers will be conducted for simplification of procedures and end to end computerization of all beneficiaries oriented schemes. Prior to this, feedback will be taken from the beneficiaries regarding the implementation of the schemes and on the basis of the feedback, business process re-engineering of the processes of the schemes will be done after discussing in the workshop.
