Minister of Home Dept Bala Bachhan and Minister of Law and Legal affairs P.C. Sharma instruct in a high-level meeting

Bhopal: Tuesday, June 4, 2019: Madhya Pradesh Minister of Home Dept Bala Bachhan and Minister of Law and Legal Affairs P.C. Sharma today reviewed the withdrawal process of criminal cases especially in the public interest related with protest, rallies and public movement in the high-level meeting.  Minister instructs to take quick action over the withdrawal process of such cases following the legal process.

It is notable that in order to withdraw the above mentioned cases in the public interest, the district-level committees have been asked to discuss their recommendations for immediate consideration before the government.

The meeting was attended by Principal Secretary Home S N Mishra, Principal Secretary Law-legal affairs Satyendra Singh, Director Public Prosecution Rajendra Kumar, Secretary Home Shahid Abasar and Deputy Secretary Anju Bhadauria. – Window To News
