New Delhi Nov 9 (IANS) A teenager was arrested on Thursday in connection with a burglary at the office of an Aam Aadmi Party legislator here police said.
Vishal 18 a resident of Govindpuri was arrested from his house for the burglary at AAP MLA Saurabh Bhardwaj s Greater Kailash office in south Delhi an officer said.
A CPU two computer monitor screens an LCD and a loud hailer were recovered from his possession.
"The burglary at the office of legislator Saurabh Bhardwaj occurred on Wednesday night and was reported to police on Thursday morning by him " Deputy Commissioner of Police Romil Baaniya said.
"During investigation we focused on active criminals of Kalkaji and Govindpuri area. A police team on a tip searched the house of Vishal and found the stolen items. He later confessed " the officer added.
