Hyderabad Oct 4 (IANS) Leading full-service SAP software solutions provider itelligence India Software Solutions Private Limited on Wednesday said it had acquired 100 per cent stake in vCentric Technologies Private Limited a reseller of SAP software and premium SAP services based in Hyderabad.
The acquisition will help itelligence expand its offerings throughout India to serve local and international customers more effectively and efficiently for digitalisation said a statement by intelligence.
The companies did not disclose the transaction amount involved.
"The acquisition of vCentric is the first step in our strategic expansion into growing local Indian information technology market. With more than 1 300 employees we are now one of the leading SAP partners in the subcontinent " said Norbert Rotter CEO of intelligence a global provider of SAP solutions based in the US.
