New Delhi June 8 (IANS) It was a warm Friday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 32 degrees Celsius four notches above the season s average.
According to Met the day was expected to be warmer with the maximum temperature likely to hover around 40 to 42 degrees.
By 9 a.m. the mercury at Palam area had already sored to 37 degrees Celsius while the city s air quality was moderate.
The humidity was recorded at 56 per cent at 8.30 a.m.
Thursday s maximum temperature settled at 41.4 degrees a notch above the season s average while the minimum was recorded at 29.2 degree Celsius a notch above the season s average.
