In this self destructing feature of WhatsApp, users will be able to make their messages disappear on its own; it means that in this feature, users will be able to set the time for messages to disappear. But to use this feature in Facebook Messenger, the user has to opt for the secret chat option.

To use the self destruct feature in a WhatsApp group, the user has to enable Disappearing Messages by going to WhatsApp's Group Info. As soon as Disappearing Messages are enabled, the self-destruct feature will work in the WhatsApp group.
