When all wore Black to the 75th Golden Globe award night, one lady didn't. One of those,who hosted the event and was in the welcoming party. Deeprooted into Indian culture and beliefs, an Indian Meher Tatna did not wear Black to the call of solidarity with TIME'S UP.
Meher Tatna, the president of Hollywood Foreign Press Association (they are the one who hosts the GG ceremony), wore a bright red to the tradition on the red carpet. Ms Meher who also made the speech during the aired ceremony, to announce the grand good news of grant of two new Hollywood Foreign Press Association grants for $1 million each towards the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists and the Committee to Protect Journalists.

Tanta an Indian, told the Access Hollywood on the red carpet that "she wore the colour red ( as considered the colour of "Suhag" in Indian culture). She cannot wear black unless she is a widow in mourning", plus Ms Meher also told that she got her dress ready before coming announce the decision to wear black to the gala night. Ms Tanta got her dress available two weeks ago much prior to the announcement of wearing black survive.One not wearing red cannot be defined not in solidarity, indeed she is in. Ms Tanta Said in a statement to the Vanity Fair, “I am totally in solidarity with them,”.
Not everyone has the luxury of a stylist who can get a new one, and a big brand backing them with numerous options.- Window To News
