With 1,194 fresh cases Iran's tally close to 86,000
On April 18, Morocco extended the state of medical emergency until May 20 in an effort to strengthen preventive measures to combat the spread of the novel coronavirus. Algeria said that the total infections from COVID-19 increased to 2,910, while the total death toll surged to 402 nationwide.
