New Delhi, July 5 (IANS) Union Minister for Food Processing Harsimrat Kaur Badal on Friday said women and the unorganised sector were the major beneficiaries of the Union Budget.

"In keeping with PM @narendramodi ji's vision, it envisions interest subvention scheme for women & Rs 1 lakh loan for woman SHG member besides pension for 3 crore retail traders," Badal tweeted.

She said the Budget was a blueprint of resurgent India where "the poor are empowered, youth become job creators, middle class gets full remuneration for work and start-ups get maximum opportunities to grow".
